This has beenough a very awesome experience. I'm glad that I finally took the step to get this done and answer my back ground. There were always questions as to what I was, and I finally got them answered. The layout is easy to follow and super cool to see. Great work and awesome results. SCIENCE!

I really think the price should come with some one in one consultstion to explain your results. I'm overwhelmed and confused.

Highly recommend! Cleared up a family mystery, and discovered a genetic anomaly that my sons need to be aware of as they have kids.

Found my past

I joined 23 and me to find out about my past if possible. I learned 5 years ago that the person on my birth certificate was not my biological father. I was given a picture that was signed, "all my love, Jack". Through 23 and me I have found I have a half brother and a half sister. I have contacted both and hope to meet them soon.

My whole life I was always told I looked like famous people, everyone from Sly Stallone to Ray Romano. The point being is I could not be sure I was Italian. My father didn't know his father and my mother didn't know her father. It turns out that I am more Italian than anything else and after getting my results it was such a relief to know that my strong connection to everything Italian was reinforced by the results of the DNA test. I would recommend 23 and me to everyone who wants to know the truth.

Thank you for your feedback. The 23andMe Health + Ancestry Service is the first and only genetic service available directly to you that includes reports that meet FDA standards. You now are able to receive 65+ reports on health, traits and ancestry instead of exclusively ancestry reports.

Keep in mind that each health, trait and wellness report includes a Scientific Details tab that includes more detailed information.

Lots of wasted paper.

Except for the DNA thing, a waste of time. All the other data you fed to me was based on information I provided. Not impressed. Were it not for the DNA thing, I would ask for a full refund.

Thank you for your feedback. While there is a short ethnicity questionnaire that is associated with your profile information, these answers are not used to generate your ancestry results.
The data that we report is strictly genetic information regarding your genotype (e.g. the A’s, T’s, C’s, and G’s at particular locations in your genome), generated through processing of your saliva by 23andMe. Participation in surveys is completely voluntary. Choosing not to participate will not affect your genetic data.
