I've enjoyed my experience with 23andMe. I do believe I have more questions than this type of service provides. Having ancestry in the Levant, I would need a male (brother/father) to better understand the migration my ancestors took throughout history. Or, church records. Maronites (my grandparents faith) were early Christians in Lebanon/Syria. Assuming my "H" designation is from Italy (rather than Southwest Asia) makes me realize 23andMe results are a working hypothesis. Wasn't "H" in the Levant long before Italy? Anyway, it is fun to question and research migration history in the context of science.

We received the tests as Christmas gifts from our daughter and were so pleased to get the results at first and continuing to receive as more info is gathered. It was easy, quick and fun.

When you marry someone, you marry the entire family and their past. Choose well may friends .I love 23 and me it has opened up so many avenues of cousins and understanding of how we are who we are.

I received information on sleep patterns that helped me immeasurably. Most of my troubles I have had in life, could have been less if I knew of my sleep troubles. There are some other attributes that have helped but the sleep is notable.
