Too many unanswered questions

I’m disappointed that the history on my mother’s side of the family is American Indian (Choctaw and Cherokee) and my results show nothing and when I inquired about this I received no explanation or information.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unhappy with results

My review showed a half-brother of whom I am not aware but did not show a full sister, a full brother and a half-sister. So far the traits they have attributed to my DNA don't match the reality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has brought laughs thru information

Received as a gift. Just recently started to review my own results and have only compared results my sister! This brought up some questions but also a lot of laughs!
At this time I have not upgraded my package. Im still trying to navigate thru the profile and needed assistance.
Im not very tech savy and was having difficulty. Not sure if it was due to viewing on mobile vs computer. Some information difficult to complete as my dad did not know his birth father. Also did not automatically connect with other family members already on 23 & me. Settings weren't clear. Myself, with another member called another member after calling customer svc to get help. I was then able to see where to sign into family & friends connections.
Also there is no option to respond unknown for people who are adopted or do not know where some one was born.
The directions aren't clear as to just leave blank. Indicate unknown.

Who Knew?

My family (spread all over from Alaska, California, Washington and Arizona) was very excited and interested in hearing about who's DNA we shared. Got us all talking, texting and researching our roots.
