Not what I expected

For some reason, I was under the impression I would be getting back what my DNA showed as far as my health went, if I had in me diseases or conditions (alzheimer, etc.) But it didn't show anything like that. All I could see is that it wanted me to pay to upgrade. Totally disappointed. Would never recommend to anyone.

I received my results one month ago and am still unable to view beings the file is to large for my computer to open therefore I must buy a new computer in order to read my results. I was not aware that I needed an upgraded computer to view my results.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If the system that you use does not support an upgrade to the latest version of your preferred browser, downloading Google Chrome will provide the best site experience.

In addition to being up-to-date, browsers must have cookies and JavaScript enabled, and Adobe Flash Player 9 or higher installed.

The information available to you from the 23andMe Service is presented only in the context of our web-based tools and features. 23andMe is exclusively an online service, and we do not provide a printed or printable report via mail or email.

To view your results, log in at https://www.23andme.com/user/signin/ with your account email address and your password to access and explore the information.

I am not satisfied mainly because I see other people getting the new update before me even though they got their results after me. I am a loyal customer who has bought multiple kits and referred many people to 23andme. I feel like I should have this update by now.

Gave my granddaughter one for Christmas a 57 man had done his 23 and me was adopted at 1 wanted to try find who his father was her grand father was his dad
I would recommend this to a friend!

Having Native American DNA is different from having Native American ancestry. We understand that the distinction between ancestry and DNA can cause confusion.

Your results from 23andMe can only show you what can be seen in your DNA. Native American DNA is often lost with time and with every generation and may not be revealed in testing such as ours. For example, it only takes a couple of generations from a full-blooded Native American to lose all trace of Native American DNA.

This does not mean that you do not have Native American ancestry or that your family heritage as passed down through the generations is incorrect.

I don't recommend this program if you don't have a printer or you don't have a connection to the internet if you are like me in your nineties and you don't use computers then this is not a product for you as they will not send out a printout of your results you must look it up online no
