Am I the only one have issues with this program.

I would love to be able to print these results. Would be much easier to compare to my tree(s) and I am not able to. Does anyone have any tricks to accomplishing this? Also the guidelines says to contact customer service does anyone know how to. I do have issues and this is getting old. And at this point no I would not recommend this site. Because of the above issues.

Thank you for your feedback. You can now print optimized versions of all your 23andMe reports. In addition, we’ve added a summary of all your results to help you share your 23andMe experience with others. To print your individual reports, log into your account, and look for the green "Print" button in the top right corner of any report. To print the Report Summary, navigate to the "All Reports" page in your account and click the green "Report Summary" button in the top right corner of your list of reports.

I purchased this product hoping to find out if I had more British or Irish roots, I didn't realize that they combined them both into one category...not happy.

Thank you for your feedback. Our Ancestry Composition report will tell you what percent of your DNA comes from each of 31 populations worldwide. The population labels in Ancestry Composition refer to genetically similar groups, rather than nationalities. In general, we sought to make the populations as small as possible, subject to the constraint of being able to distinguish between them. Populations may be inherently difficult to distinguish because of historical mixing, or we might not have had enough data to tell them apart.

Too expensive for the information you receive. Most of this information is totally useless

Informative...

I can only say what most likely everyone else says. The process is extremely informative and fascinating. I can't wait for my brother's to get theirs back so we can have the complete picture. I am also waiting for my son's to be returned because that will show part of my DNA as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I would not recommend 23andMe to friends or family. I didn't learn too much that was interesting...I found the outputs rather generic and uninteresting.

I am very happy with the service provided to me by 23 and me. I found that the genetic ancestry aligned very closely to my paper trail and that the health reports definitely inspired me to look at my family's medical history. This is an excellent product.

Enlightenment

I have always want to know my ancestry and in particularly where my family originated. It's a privilege with science and modern day technology that we are able to find out an abundance about ourselves as well as our ancestors. This information makes you feel as if your opening a new chapter of who you are and being enlightened along the way.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It Works!

I admit I was somewhat skeptical about DNA genetic testing. I thought, "They can feed me all kinds of data, and I wouldn't know if it was true or not." But then I found one of my first cousins as a relative. She is on my mother's side and 23&me got it right. From that point, I became a believer. Since then I had connected with a half brother and a sister who then connected for the first time with each other. My half brother didn't know too much about his biological father. He was under the impression that he had died. I have never met my biological father, but I had information about who he was, thus I was able to shed some light with my brother. After contacting our sister (our biological father's daughter) she agreed to take the 23&me DNA ancestry and we were able to without a doubt confirms our relation to this man. All three of us live in different states, but we hope to one day connect. 23&me thank you. You must get many of these requests, but if you would be willing to connect a meeting between us, I believe it would be great exposure to your great product. Let me know.
