Waste of Time and Money

The ancestry section was substantially incorrect. The heath review was so bad that it is embarassing to repeat it. Does it matter if my urine smells after I eat asparagus? Not helpful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great information

It took three times to get my DNA results but finally a happy ending . Results linked me to my adopted sister otherwise I would of never found her but after 60 years a happy ending .

More, So much more than expected....

The basic info of the 99.00 plan were more than I had expected, very comprehensive and fun, I told all my friends how fun this mystery is!! I was even told I have, from my 6-7th generation (1600-1700's) I have Yakut DNA ... lol ... never even heard of these beautiful people! I was told I was Scot, Irish, French .... No Scot, very littke French, mostly English and Irish and Scandanavian and a touch of Yakut ... BTW, my Neanderthal traits are that I lack back hair.... Thank God ... hahahahahaha!!!

Missing features

I upgraded from just the ancestry to the full report and my report has only half the information compared to my fiance's report. Not worth the extra $125.

Finally know my heritage

23andMe Reports Are Enlightening

I am very pleased with the results provided on my DNA. The heritage side has produced two new cousins which I have become close. I don't remember what the form I completed looked like, but I would like to have it emphasize a woman should use their MAIDEN name. It is problematic when when use their married names. Overall, my experience with the results of DNA here at 23andMe has been enjoyable, educational, andhas expanded my lineage by two generations. I highly recommend to everyone, have your DNA done, and use 23andMe.

I don't recommend this DNA because is a waste of money. There is not well informed about how to understand better the DNA segments and other stuff. How to get contact to DNA relatives.
Also the website is not easy to use.
