Connect w others is hard with this program

Unlike Ancestry.com, it is hard to really connect with others, by comparing with known relatives and relationships. It has always been hard to connect.

Does not make sense. I was born in England, as were my parents and grandparents. There is nothing in my ancestry showing anything British, but my son's does!

I'm weary of the accuracy

I worry for the accuracy of my test results. I started off with 15% British and Irish, now I'm 26% British with almost non-existent Irish.
I started with 35% German and French, now I'm 15% French with so little German.
They vary so wildly I can't be certain that my results are accurate.

Too Expensive

I have not recently bought this kit, nor would I, as it is too expensive for me to afford. My daughter did buy me a kit, many years ago. I loved it at first. But now I see it as a money making program for you because now you want me to pay a lot more to see pages that are now hidden from me. You may delete this information if you like, since I have not recently bought this product.

Fun and easy.

Super easy and fun to wait for results. Boring results “99.95% my nationality” which I already knew. Those darn Northern Europeans travelled nowhere and swapped fluids with nobody but their own.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I would like to terminate my health + service. It was somehow a mistake that the service was purchased. I have not used it and would appreciate a refund.
