I'm confused. I just received an email from 23 and me reading " REVIEW YOUR RECENT PURCHASE" I did not buy purchase anything from 23&me recently, although years ago I did buy a DNA kit to identify my ancestry and also completed numerous surveys.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What about native Americans?

These folks have a ton of data but not enough to be accurate IMO. They got my "ancient" history but missed my heritage of just over 100 years ago (which isn't long as genealogy goes). I have first had knowledge of this part because I knew some of these people. I have been told it's because American Indian tribes didn't keep good records but sounds like an excuse to me. Here's your 3.

I purchased this years ago and cannot access the website on my computer. It locks because of too many password tries and will not allow this problem to be rectifiedd.

Please restore chromosome segment matches

I was happy with the product until the chromosome segment matches were halted. Please restore this function. The recent upgrade of the ethnicity estimates are an interesting improvement.

I'm pretty sure i already reviewed 23 &me. i loved finding out things about me... these people have done their homework! or did we do it for them? they'll kindly let you participate in research by answering endless questions, even push and hassle you to do so.... but if you want to see what they found out, you have to buy it! i think it'd be nice for them to let ppl know of debilitating health circumstances that were discovered, FREE OF CHARGE to help them get ahead of it. 23 & me is filthy rich enough to do it.... the info they can potentially share was GIVEN to them for FREE, well, actually we paid them to take our info. lame if you ask me.... all the info should be available after paying the price of the kit.

Once the chromosome mapping, and the ability to triangulate, the info from 23&me was worthless. Most matches are 4th and 5th cousins and those are impossible to figure out without the mapping and triangulation.
