I purchased this years ago and cannot access the website on my computer. It locks because of too many password tries and will not allow this problem to be rectifiedd.

Please restore chromosome segment matches

I was happy with the product until the chromosome segment matches were halted. Please restore this function.
The recent upgrade of the ethnicity estimates are an interesting improvement.

I'm pretty sure i already reviewed 23 &me.
i loved finding out things about me... these people have done their homework!
or did we do it for them? they'll kindly let you participate in research by answering endless questions, even push and hassle you to do so.... but if you want to see what they found out, you have to buy it!
i think it'd be nice for them to let ppl know of debilitating health circumstances that were discovered, FREE OF CHARGE to help them get ahead of it.
23 & me is filthy rich enough to do it.... the info they can potentially share was GIVEN to them for FREE, well, actually we paid them to take our info.
lame if you ask me.... all the info should be available after paying the price of the kit.

Stopped the very features that made it worth it.

Once the chromosome mapping, and the ability to triangulate, the info from 23&me was worthless. Most matches are 4th and 5th cousins and those are impossible to figure out without the mapping and triangulation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unlike Ancestry.com, it is hard to really connect with others, by comparing with known relatives and relationships. It has always been hard to connect.

Does not make sense. I was born in England, as were my parents and grandparents. There is nothing in my ancestry showing anything British, but my son's does!

I'm weary of the accuracy

I worry for the accuracy of my test results. I started off with 15% British and Irish, now I'm 26% British with almost non-existent Irish.
I started with 35% German and French, now I'm 15% French with so little German.
They vary so wildly I can't be certain that my results are accurate.
