When I access the app there is lots of up selling and not much actual information.

They just want you to spend more money by having a premium” added to find out more info. Pretty much another scam to get people to buy initial kit

Disappointed.

It really didn't tell me much. No relatives except my grandparents that I already knew about and nothing on my family health. All I keep receiving are notices to pay for more info. Very disappointed!

Can’t cancel or delete

I found the service useful but I have been unable to delete my account info. I emailed customer service directly and am told I can do it myself but that is NOT the case. There is no option in user interface for me to delete or request deletion, yet each time I reach out to explain am told I can. Frustrating
