Love 23and me. My brother did the ansestry site and it isn't as easy to get your information and comparisons. Love participating and finding out more information as more tests are put into the system.

We found a Sister we never knew we had

I'm so thrilled To find my sister! To go through 60 years of life having no idea that there was another sister out there is just crazy. But thanks to 23andme we have a new sister. She had submitted her DNA and then my first cousin decided to submit his and they matched up as first cousins. We submitted our DNA to find that she was our half sister! Unfortunately my mother pasted years ago, so we will never know her story. Thank you 23andme!

Being Adopted, Did not know a Thing on my past

As was adopted as an infant, knew nothing of my past; so far very pleased with the reports coming on my ancestry. Especially was interested in any medical genetic markers to be aware of.

INTERESTING RESULTS

I did not give enough info for them to come up with my heritage background, however they were right on point. I wanted to see if they were genuine and they are. I am now going to find out about my husband. I have recommended to others who asked me about mine and were deciding whether to go with this one or Ancestry.

I love seeing what I am allergic to. I am also interested in family heredity in the different diseases so my children can also be aware. Several things showed up on me in my 70's that are now showing up on my children. I am also surprised at the depth of findings from the quizes.

I was so pleased with the results of my test and how it confirmed my ethnic makeup!
the greatest dividend has been discovering an aray of relatives on my maternal side that has brought me the opportunity to expand my family network and learn missing pieces of the puzzle of my family network. Very exciting adventure that continues!

Fascinating Information

Proud to be counted in the first million to submit sample. My results were somewhat a surprise, but interesting and informative. My 2 daughters tested and my son will test later this year. I encourage all to use this service, connect with long lost or unknowns family! I've enjoyed the health reports, the trait reports and love getting updates!
