Minor jam issues

Two weeks ago I purchased this Fellowes shredder to replace another Fellowes unit that I had for 15+ years. The 11-C is noticeably quieter. Although it is rated as an 11 page shredder, on two occasions I have experienced jamming problems when attempting to shred 8-10 pages. Reversing the shredder did not clear the jams and I had to physically un-jam it using an ice pick and needle nose pliers to pull out the paper from the feed slot. Now I make sure I keep below 7 pages. Other than this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend this unit for home use.

Can't believe how fast it works

Never had a Fellowes product before. The shredder is very fast and does shred ten/eleven sheets at a time. It has not jammed or overheated. Sounds very strong! Glad I bought it.

I have used this product for sometime.
When I relocated it was loss, so I had to buy another
shredder. So off to Office Max I went.
I just love the safety features and I can do more than 1 at. time.
Recommended it to my daughter.

This shredder works like a charm! No problems with it so far like last shredder which was always jamming. The see-through window is a great addition! We love it!

Not satisfied with product

Purchased a Powershred 11C six months ago for home use, it worked in the beginning then it started to jam paper in the feed. I tried to get some of the jam out and now there is no forward or reverse. Would I purchase this product again, NO.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
