Just got this in today as a replacement and there's simply no comparison to the other one I had....this one is so quite and fast....look forward to using it....
Pros: Safety Features, Quiet Operation, Mess Reduction, Sheet Capacity, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs

This product is exactly as it is advertised to be. How refreshing! it is compact and sturdy. The safety features are excellent. it will even shred the occasional staple missed before shredding begins. The sheet capacity exceeds common home office use which practically eliminates jamming. Great purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The button Jams, therefore will not shred the papers! You get no booklet or any info about the product!

Good Shredder

I bought the Powershred 11c on 10/08/16 to replace my previous shredder because the head wore out. SO I've only used the new shredder a short time, but it seems to have good shredding power and is easy to use . It has good safety features and multiple shredding applications, which should be very adequate for my shredding needs. So far So good !

This product lives up to everything they claim it will do, and then some. A lot of bang for the buck! It also seems quite durable, and is a very nice looking unit. You have a customer for life!!
