CRC43500 Shredder

I received this CRC43500 and set up per instructions from user manual and proceeded to shred a small stack of 8 x 11 copy paper. It did the shredding and I powered it off. When I wanted to shred more paper, it would not power up. Called customer service @ Fellows and they did their best to find the solution, but decided to ship to me a new unit. I received a LX50 CRC45050 unit and it is a much better shredder. I used it like I did the CRC43500 and it out performed by far. Very happy so far.
Pros: nothing good to say
Cons: power up not working
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Shredder I Have Ever Used

This is the second Fellowes shredder I have purchased, and I love both of them. This one is by far my favorite because I can shred more pages at one time, and it barely ever gets jammed. It took a moment to realize the credit cards have to be placed in a certain, specific spot in the center. But after I learned that, I have had no problems with it!!!
Pros: Jam Resistance, Mess Reduction, Quality Construction, Quiet Operation, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Service Guarantee, Sheet Capacity, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs, Warranty, very efficient

I have had a Fellows shredder since 1998 it just gave up up the ghost after years of service. I just replaced it with the 11c model, this unit is has more power and quiet. The ease of use is great! you have made it more compact and faster!! Im looking for this to last as many years as my last one its now 2021. durable as all get out!!!!

Terrible

Used twice quit working! Hopefully going to be able to get warranty replacement. Used twice and will not shred. Paper will not feed through. Motor only runs on the forward setting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
