The controls are easy to use. Very quiet when running. Holds a lot of shred so you don't have to keep stopping to empty the bin. Perfect for my use. Love it!

So far so good! After a long search, yesterday I found this shredder at my local Walmart. I have only used it once, worked like a charm. It seems sturdy and was a great price. I will take good care of it, and hope it stands the test of time.

I have boxes and boxes of papers to shred! So far this is the best shredder I have ever owned! I will always look for this brand and stay with this name!!

Excellent shredder

This shredder was bought to replace an older Fellowes straight cut shredder which had actually lasted and worked hard for many years. The quality and performance of this new shredder are fantastic. The security of the cross cut shred is better, the speed of the shredding is about 10X what my other shredder was capable of, it is a very sturdy unit and is so much quieter than my previous unit. It also ripped through staples without a hitch.

Shredding gone Wild!

I have purchased numerous shredders over the years and my new Fellowes 11C-H model is fast, efficient, and quiet. My last shredder sounded like a diesel truck as it chewed up paper which then made my two Rottweilers become very alert as they would always begin to sound off to the continued chime of a horrible shredder. Now with my new Fellowes shredder my dogs are not in a state of hyper vigilance, they actually are far more at ease while I go about shredding. The days of shredding gone wild are over thanks to Fellowes! I would recommend the Fellowes 11C-H model for home use to all my family and friends to include pets.
Pros: easy lock out system for safety, easy clean up, not loud
Cons: if on wheels would be great for movement

Great shredder

I have used a smaller Fellowes shredder for the past several years and it worked well. As my volume of shredding increased I felt I needed a larger shredder with a greater page capacity. This new shredder handle all my needs perfectly. It even shreds staples!
