Incoming fax problem

I bought this printer in 2021 December. Since then the fax is not working. It is very hard to contact with the Tech support and it is a night mare. One I got Tech support after trying for about a Month. I did troubleshoot according to his instruction. But the fax didn’t work and told me that he will contact with me for the solution. Still now I didn’t heard from him. Sorry to say this. I’m using HP Laserjet print fir fax. No problem with HP

Great color printer

Great printer. Meets expectations. I've had a Brother laser printer in the past that lasted almost 20 yrs. Still working but needed a new color printer with flatbed for copying and scanning. Very happy!

No duplex scan

Great features

I’ve been using this printer since 2020 and it works great for my business. Really enjoy being able to scan invoices to customers. It prints, scans and faxes without any issues. Duplex is also a added bonus

Printer works well, but has some "quirks"

Printer works well printing documents in black and white. Some difficulty in setting parameters for paper size, and other specific needs when printing, particularly with color photos. Still trying to learn how to set things up and use it.
