Overall a great printer

For our application with a lot of variables, it has had a fairly steep learning curve. We upgraded from a HL-4570CDW so were already pretty familiar with the setup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible Graphic and Photo Prints

I purchased this printer to do decals and small graphics. Turns out it is terrible for that. If it was not text it would be noticeably blurry and unusable. If you want to print text it looks great, but if you want to use it for anything else buy something different.

Fast, quiet,sharp crisp copies, duplex printing, Awesome, but alas, if it could only scan. Then we would be full cycle!

We had a Brother previously for 10 years so we purchased another one. This 8260CDW is compact, fast and the prints are great. We are very satisfied.

Good basic printer

Good: it works well, great print, quite efficient.
Bad: creases envelopes when printing addresses. Not as fast as I would like, loud, runs out of paper too quickly. Needs larger drawer.

Great Printer and great customer support.

Had a problem with installation that turned out to be a problem with wiring in our ofice. Brother's customer support diagnosed it and suggested a fix in less than 30 minutes. I couldn't be more impressed.
