super cost effective easy to maintain, great resolution, especially on gloss paper. no buffer on printing duplex sloww but we beat this printer.

Autoduplexes legal size was the main reason i bought. Never have had connection issues. Prints straight from my phone. Fast, sharp print quality. Always have had HP, but this one has changed my mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer is easy to set up and use. I like how I can use color and black and white, along with one sided or double sided printing. It is also nice to be able to load a lot of paper at once.

Works great with Apple products

The printer works great. I am using it with “Air Print “ only. From sending it to the printer to actually printing is very quick. I think it’s 3 or 4 times faster than the Xerox it replaced. Print quality and duplex printing are excellent. My only criticism is enabling Wi-Fi on my network was not at all intuitive. I had to find a video on the Brother web site to help. I installed no software to use printer in my Apple environment.

Very dependable. Wi-Fi is a little complicated. My only complaint is feeding envelopes into the front tray, and during the process of being pulled into the printer and somewhere along the way, the envelope has gets wrinkled along the bottom, probably between rollers.
