Great oven/stove

Not my favorite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the stove about 2.5 months ago and not long after I had it, it began to get very hot every time I used it. If you are using the oven part, the stove top/the door/the top by the dials all heat up to extremely hot temperatures. I do not think this should happen and am afraid it could cause issues down the road. It’s sad that a brand new product has this issue. It also does not beep when the oven is preheated. Not sure why. Other than getting very hot when using the over, the stovetop does its job though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
