Great features for a great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleased to find a range with a convection oven at an affordable price. It was actually cheaper than one without. My only reason for selecting four stars is that the burners with multiple sizes have a more sensitive heat range compared to the single burner. Additionally, the quick boil burner cooks way too hot for other items. The heat setting has to be set to 2 for a medium heat versus a 4 or 5 on a different burner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Less than 2 months the top begin to peel glass chips its the worst prodect ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven and range both work great. Food heats evenly and I am overall very satisfied. The only down side is it takes the oven a long time to heat up, but this is by no means a deal breaker.

Great low range stove but top got damaged

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a rental unit end of last year. I had only one renter in a spilled some honey on the top and it burned. The renter had a very tough time removing the burnt honey and easily scratched the stove top. I am very upset that it scratched so fast that I never got to use the stove myself.

Joapet, I am sorry to hear of your disappointment in your new range. The ceramic top needs to be cleaned in a certain way, page 35 in your Owner’s Manual goes over the instructions in depth. On Frigidaire.com we have several choices for cleaning your range. I highly recommend our Cerama Bryte complete cooktop cleaning kit (number ACC200005). The kit contains 28oz of the cooktop crème cleaner, super easy cooktop touchup wipes, it also comes with a scraper for cooked on messes, and a microfiber pad to shine it up. It is a great value for keeping the ceramic top beautiful! You can try leaving the conditioning crème on for longer (10-15 minutes), for tough marks. The special cooktop cleaning cream leaves a protective finish on the glass to help prevent scratches and abrasions. After cooktop has cooled, it should immediately be cleaned to prevent any marks from becoming permanent.
