Prefer my Essenza

The CitiZ draws a fine cup of espresso, but the user interface is less robust than the Essenza. I have had an Essenza for years. It still works great except the button to draw a shot is going out and barely works. If I could repair the button, I would. Unfortunately Nespresso doesn't do repairs. So I bought a CitiZ. The lid of the water tank is not attached to the tank or the machine making it harder to set in place correctly. To remove the used pod holder, grab the upper cup shelf. Don't try to grab the actual pod container - it is not attached to the bottom. The lever to insert a pod is sticky and hard to set into place. If you don't get it closed fully, the pod doesn't puncture and you just get hot water in your cup. All in all, this machine feels less well-made than the Essenza, which functions smoothly and reliably.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When I stay with my BFF I know I’m in for a delicious nespresso in the am. They’re strong, creamy, and come in a variety of flavors. I’ve never been disappointed.

I love this little

I love this little guy. Fits perfectly on the countertop in a small kitchen. It looks great and works fantastic. It pours regular and long shots. I tend to always pour a long shot being it has more water in it. This machine is easy to clean! If you live somewhere with hard water, make sure Tom get their descaling solution and doing it every 6 months.

Great at home coffee

I bought this almost a year and 1/2 ago. Loved it, but now it won’t puncture the capsules anymore. Tried descaling, will more than like have to replace. Disappointed it didn’t last longer!
