[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is actually our 5th Nespresso machine and we couldn’t be more pleased! We have a Pixie for traveling in the US, another at our daughter’s in Luxembourg, and this is our 3rd Citiz. We are pretty traditional coffee drinkers and this is the perfect machine for us. They all deliver an excellent coffee experience! Nespresso is the only coffee we drink 99% of the time and we couldn’t be happier!

My favorite cup of coffee

I've had my machine for almost 6 years. I am the only coffee drinker in my home so this is perfect for me. It's very difficult to find a good coffee cup at regular shops because I compare them all to the ones I make at home. This machine has saved me a lot of money! I descale every year or so. I haven't had any issues. My model was purchased in 2017.
