I’ve had this machine for 4 years and used it on average 4-5 times per week. Today I went to turn it on and it is broken. This happened spontaneously and for a machine this expensive I expected it to last a bit longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I definetly prefer this to Keurig. I find that Nespresso makes for a much stronger coffee. My one complaint is that the pods are harder to find and are pretty expensive

I think its really pretty , the machine makes great coffee , it looks expensive. But !! It is soooo noisy that early morning i dont use it because it wakes my kids . Thumbs up for the design seriously its sleek and chic .

I have used an espresso machine and I have towels the office and at my home. Espresso coffee has a great flavor. However it is a little bit expensive in the machine is on the pricier side as well

We received this product as a gift. We tried and got hooked up on it. Only one time use pods are expensive. Once in a while we spoil ourselves!

Im not sure I have this model, but Im a big fan of nespresso! Its so easy and quick, no mess, ni grinding, always fresh high quality coffee!
