Poor-Quality

I have used Sonicare toothbrushes for many years and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the toothbrushes; however I am very disappointed with the Airfloss. I purchased model HX8240, the box included two units. I used one at home and one when I traveled. Both units have failed. Great idea; loved the convenience of the unit when it worked. Maybe in a year or two I will try again but for now I would not recommend the Airfloss.
Cons: poor reliability

I will know better about how well this works as a flosser when I get back to the dentist but I th8ink it does a better and more efficient job than using plain old dental floss. Regular floss is tough to use and hard to get into small tight place berween my teeth, the flosser doesn't have that problem working with mouthwash and hih presser spurts of water.
Pros: seems to work well
Cons: kind messy

Had the earlier version and loved it. Unfortunately it started leaking, hence the new purchase. The one I recently bought has significantly less pressure than the one I replaced. If I get too close to a tooth and not a spacing between the teeth, the air flosser shuts down and I have to restart it. I don't like the rubber open tip either. Sometimes I think if a product works well, don't "fix it". I do not like this newer product at all. Wish it was returnable.

This product cleans thorougly and leaves your teeth feeling great! Make it a daily routine and you will get great results. I just went to the dentist for a checkup and she told me my teeth look great!
Pros: cleans and massages thoroughly.
Cons: water reservoir is too small.

Works good when it works

I like the product but the 1st one stopped working after 2 months. Phillips was not able to replace it because the exact item was out of stock. Luckily the store I purchased it from exchanged the broken item with one they had on their shelf
Pros: easy to use
Cons: stops working after a few months

Reaches far back

So I have had this product for 1 month recommend by my hygienist because I have teeth so far back that they aren't getting properly cleaned so I love the reach also got the electronic toothbrush also. This product is great but the cleaning care is hard because the mouthwash leaks out the closure and hard to clean . other wise I enjoy the product thus far.
Pros: handy, great reach for back teeth
Cons: hard to keep clean due to closure

It's difficult for me to floss because I only have one hand so my hygienist recommended the air floss. This works very well for me...I LOVE IT!
Pros: my mouth feels so clean afterwards
Cons: love it but it is messy to try to fill
