I have used tge product fir 2 years with my IPPhone 4 and 4s and the skund box worked great. The sound quality is very lound. It is easy to use by having one touch volume up or down which syncs with my phone. Howevrr, I recently bought the galaxy 4s and can no longer use the unit because it is not compatible with android phone or the new IPhone 5 and above.
Pros: good sound quality
Cons: not compatible with new iphones, cannot be used with android devices

I was skeptical whether the air flosser would really make that much difference. I use it before I floss and could not have imagined how well it works. Not only can I see visible evidence that the air flosser is doing its job, my regular flossing is simply a follow up, not a major cleaning effort of its own. The air flosser is quick, easy to use and makes my mouth feel so clean! I love that you can use either water or mouthwash. And even though the product information says the battery lasts for 14 uses, I've been using it for 3 weeks, at least daily on the first charge. I admit I'm a new user but am hooked - this 30 second regimen is part of my daily routine!
Pros: effective, easy

It does work well but it doesn't hold well this more than one that have gotten. Make sure you warranty up to date. They handle it with no problem

It hurt my husband’s gums so he would not use it. This is his third Philips AirFloss. The preceding ones died after a year but he loved them so much he bought more. Fortunately, one of the failed ones was replaced under warranty and he uses that one instead. This one is not recommended.

My wife loves this product. She always takes it with her when we travel the world. In past the product had a shelf life of about two+ years. Hopefully, this newer one bought in 2020 will last much longer.
