Overall great product

Love the product but the only 2 cons I have is the very small reservoir, I have braces so before I finish cleaning I have ran out of water or mouthwash which doesn't bother me that much because I like to use just air at the end to see how clean it is. My other last con is that it can be pretty messy... you are guaranteed to make a mess all over the sink mirror the water goes everywhere but idk maybe it's because I have braces... so those 2 cons are the only reason I did 4 and not 5 stars!
The air floss product really has been helping to keep my teeth feeling ultra clean. I have two bridges and the air floss does a better job than string flossing at keeping the gum area around them feeling healthy. At first I used the string floss right along with air flossing but gradually realized that I did not need to use string floss anymore. I am so grateful for this product. In addition, it is much faster to air floss than to floss manually.
Pros: cleans thoroughly, stimulates the gums, easy and fast to use
I hate flossing and I have a permanent retainer so anything that helps me floss is great. My only negative is the size of the reservoir I have to fill it a few times while using it which is annoying.
Pros: works great, not having to floss anymore, easy to use
Cons: small reservoir

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using an AirFloss when my husband got an implant and we had to get him one. My dental check up after that was better than I had ever been told, even though I use to floss. The best part to this, is I clean between all teeth and unlike Floss I don't have it getting stuck between teeth.
Pros: ease of use, filled it with mouthwash or fluoride rinse, better dental check up's
The nozzle heads are the problem ie they break sometimes when using to much pressure while flossing-replace r difficult to find.

The problem is the nozzle heads they are hard to find and reorder They sometimes break when flossing by putting too much pressing on the tooth. Simple care of the product should also be noted in the flyer
Pros: it really cleans the gums
Cons: nozzle heads difficult to find, nozzle heads expensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ineffective at best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea behind the air flosser is a great one but in my opinion the execution leaves a lot to be desired with regards to how well it works. I'm a guy with large hands so I find it hard to get the string between my molars when flossing and so I've been using a water-pick for a few years now and it works quite well at getting around the back teeth and below the gum line; this however just seems to be good at giving you the impression of cleaning between teeth. Based on the cost of this unit and a comparably priced water pick I'd suggest you go the other route. While the water pick is messy it does work which is something that I can't say for this.
Pros: ease of use, easily reaches the back teeth, clean (as compared to other models)
I'm on my 3rd one! Keep one at home, condo and in the car. I've had a specific area that traps food particles between my teeth. Overall I feel it has kept my gums healthier than just brushing and flossing.
The only issues I've had - my oldest one stopped taking a charge. My second one had a nozzle break, I ordered PHILLIPS replacement nozzles, but they did not fit correctly and the water sprays out the area where it connects to the handle.
