I use my AirFloss every day, and I have virtually eliminated plaque build-up. I simply fill the reservoir with dental rinse and use the AirFloss as directed. I am amazed.
Pros: effectiveness

The Airfloss Pro work very well but this will make the fifth one. They worked for about six weeks then died. I think that the manufacturing company quality control needs major work. PHILLIPS did stand behind their warrenty and replaced five times.
Pros: great product
Cons: new better quality control at the manufacturing
I would recommend this to a friend!

My dentist has not noticed any deteroriation as to my dental cavities so this product is obviously working.
Since you only use it from the outside of the teeth I suspect that it misses some angles from the inside of the teeth.
Pros: seems to do a reasonably good job at flossing
Cons: nozzle leaks at attachment point after some use, only "cleans" front of teeth
To really rate this product I will have to see what my oral hygienist thinks when I go for my next appointment. I have two bridges and it is important to keep the space under them clean. I think it takes as much time to use the Airfloss as to use regular floss. I have actually been alternating between the Airfloss and regular flossing. Hard to know if it does a better job or not. I kind of like it - it does feel clean after use, but there is no way that I can know whether it works better than floss. Actually it came with a Sonicare brush I purchased. I don't think I would have paid the regular price for it, at least not without some conclusive data that it is superior to regular flossing.....
