As a young man I would probably love this product. However, as an older man, mid-60'a) I have reservations. The force of the blast of air and water is too much for me. I feel like it's going to blast my teeth out by the roots. It seemed like a good idea, but the force is too great for me and my teeth. I probably won't use it again.
Pros: good design; sturdy product
Cons: too powerful for me
I would recommend this to a friend!

Your Philips AirFloss has the flexibility to run in special mode. You can get the AirFloss mouthwashed in two ways. For the Single Burst Function, , press and release the activation button for a single burst of air and micro-droplets of mouthwash or water between the teeth. Alternatively, press and hold the activation button to deliver continuous bursts of mouthwash or water approximately 1 x per second.

This doesn't do any more than a toothpick does. It will puff out food from spaces between your teeth, but not where your teeth touch. Therefore it does not substitute for flossing, and could actually be detrimental if you assume it does.
Flossing your teeth is critical to good dental health. This is a waste of money.

If you have used the device multiple times already, the lack of water intensity coming from your AirFloss may be caused by a clogged vent or nozzle. Before your next use, we would suggest to give your appliance a good wash by using a moist cotton swab to wipe along the edge of the reservoir door opening inside the water tank. Moreover, please make sure to rinse both the reservoir and the nozzle with water to get rid of any potential debris left. You can find the full cleaning instructions at page 10 of the user manual.
This should help to enhance the intensity of your AirFloss. However, in case this does not solve your issue, please feel free to get in touch via social media.
