hard to use, bad design

The design is terrible. Plastic tank cap keeps coming off and eventually would break. Can't get all the liquid out of tank and probably could get germs in there. The main complaint is that the item was bought in June and by September has stopped working. You be the judge if you want to buy this product.
Pros: none
Cons: bad design hard to use

If you hate to floss and even if you do this is the best thing to have. I have been using one for several years and my dentist is just amazed on how healthy my gums have become.

been using this product 2 weeks and the results are better than expected I had a tooth ache that was bothering me for a month or more and was dreading the fact that dentist was my last option
but my brother recommended I give the airfloss a try within one week the toothache just vanish like that I certainly will recommend this product whole earthly!!

When I read the leaflet I was under the impression that there would be a quadrant alert every 30 seconds as per the brush I use in England - but this didn't happen. Having already used the product I didn't think I would be able to take it back. I've tried to do this in America before and been told that unless a product is defective, it's my fault. This is disappointing as I like the feature that tells me that I've cleaned each quarter of my gums and teeth properly.
Cons: no 30 second alert

I have bought two of these in the last year and both simply stopped working. I would never recommend it and have told my denist and his staff so.

As stated, the product, although initially very effective simply stopped working. Despite being adequately charged the trigger did not produce the squirt. I bought a second one as I thought this could have been a problem unique to one unit, but the repetition of this problem has soured me toward it. (I did register the second product and I will be contacting your warranty department for a refund.
Pros: the brief efficacy is not worth the cost.
Cons: both units stopped working within several months.

I have never used anything like this before, it makes me feel like I'm really getting things clean in between my teeth. I can't say I was a regular flosser so maybe this just seems easier but with the mouthwash I'm sold.
I can see how someone with braces would love this even more as flossing is almost impossible.
Pros: easy to use, great with mouthwash
Cons: none yet
