A good product so far, feels comfortable and because I have sensitive teeth, I bought the sensitive model. Brush head is very comfortable, the only reason it did not get 5 stars is battery life does not last the 14 days as advertised on the package. But this is still very good value. I also own a national competitor and battery life is good on that model but the brushing experience is inferior.
Pros: comfortable brush experience, affordable

Works great and has left my teeth cleaner than a manual brush. Gets between teeth better and even though my teeth are sensitive, it doesn't hurt my teeth.
Stays charged for a long time. It is timed so helps me to brush for the full 2 minutes every time, in increments of 30 seconds so helps me focus on each area for 30 seconds.

I had never used an electric toothbrush before, however now I won't use my hand one unless an emergency. Makes your mouth feel so much cleaner. A little bit of learning curve as first few times I sprayed the toothpaste all over, but soon realized keep lips closed and let the brush do the work. Love love it

Back in the day when I use to use a regular hand held toothbrush, getting a new toothbrush was wonderful. Those days are gone and the new generation of Sonicare Electric Toothbrushes are here to stay. I love it and look forward to brushing my teeth each and every day. I know this sounds weird, but it is an experience.
