Hiya, thanks for bringing this to our attention here. We do regret to hear that your Sonicare is not performing as well as it used to. You have our attention now though and we would like to see if there is anything we can do improve your experience with the toothbrush. It could be that the battery needs a full charge, which takes up to 24 hours to accomplish.. Be sure to use the original charger that came with your toothbrush. Some Philips Sonicare Toothbrushes come with different types of chargers and they are not interchangeable. Have you tried using a different socket as well? Another possible cause of the issue could be a worn out brush head. Older brush heads can seem less effective or powerful while brushing. We recommend you to replace your brush head after 3 months of use. If you have any further questions, please feel free to get in touch via social media. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare). Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the contact page on our website. One of our colleagues will then try their best to help you further.
Hope to speak to you soon!
Kind regards, Philips Consumer Care

Overall, I am very happy with this Sonicare Toothbrush. It gives you plenty of time on one charge to really brush your teeth extremely well. If it turns off halfway, just turn it back on to continue! Gives you little indicators when to move on to the next section. I only wish they would make larger brush heads, instead of little tiny ones. I was using a different brand battery operated toothbrush for years that I really liked. It had a larger brush head that I appreciated, but it went through batteries like they were going out of style. So I finally tried the Philips Sonicare, it does a better job than the other brand, but the brush head is pretty tiny for me. Would be nice if they would offer a larger brush head
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is easy to use. I saw a difference the first time I used it.
It was my dentist that highly recommended that I purchase this tooth brush due to aging teeth and crowns and root canals. I couldn't believe how effortless this amazing product is. It's like "a hummingbird going over your teeth" ( my words )
I loved it so much, I gave it as a gift for my daughter in law's birthday. She loves it as well.
Pros: light weight and effortless
Cons: sometimes i can't get the button to turn on.
