One of my cams went bad. But sending it in for repair/replacement was so easy. Daniela helped me get back on line. I've very satisfied with the service I received.

We purchase a Defender HD 1080p wireless security system with two cameras last fall and are so happy that we did. Installation was easy and we are well satisfied with the performance of the system and the clarity of the cameras. In fact, we are so satisfied that recently we purchased two additional HD Wireless 1080p cameras for the system.
I would recommend this to a friend!

just received this camera as a replacement for one that lost its color. working fine
