Free and convenient till it malfunctions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my machine and how easy and quick I can get my coffee in the morning. But it eventually started to malfunction - or atleast not brew the same causing my coffee to taste bitter or burnt. I’ve reached out to customer service but it’s a hassle to get a replacement under warranty which is a huge downfall as I’ve had the machine for only a couple of months.
I would recommend this to a friend!

As part of your machine’s maintenance, we recommend you follow the first-time use steps at least once a week, to rinse away any granule buildup in the head of your machine. Great flavor

7 oz. Pours are often high 5+oz. Pours in the Plus
