I received this machine as a Christmas gift. I loved it for about one month. Then it only worked intermittently. And now 10 months later it’s collecting dust on my counter. DO NOT BUY THIS!! It’s a defective machine and I have no recourse to fix the issue or get a refund. Please learn from my experience. I am so very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Vertuo Machine we have owned.

We recently purchased one of these, our 4th Vertuo machine, and it is the worst Nespresso machine we have ever owned. It is loud. It vibrates so much that the cup moves from under the spout causing coffee to spill. 1/2 the time the coffee is a fraction of what it should be. The spent pod holder fills with coffee to over flowing. Multiple times the machine did nothing after loading the pod and pressing the button multiple times, forcing us to reopen and try the pod again. We are returning the machine for a refund. The Plus Deluxe is a far better machine and worth the extra money.

Automatic lid jams

Don’t waste your money with this machine. Constantly gets stuck/jammed open. What starts out as a quick cup of coffee an hour later still trying to get the automatic lid to shut.

This model of machine is not good choice

I have two machines not working . Both were gift from my daughters my daughter tried contact to company few times and asked repair them. These machine is not last not that long. I have'nt been able to use this for long time. I don't want to recommend this . I love to send them back to company.

Keeps leaking water

I have had 3 now and they all keep leaking water after about 3 months of having it. They are a little expensive to keep having this same issue. The girl at the store informed me that this is an ongoing issue with the next model I have since it has a tendency to leak. How frudtrating!

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first.
