Pods get stuck

The pods always get stuck at the top. Super annoying. So before I can make a cup I have to remove the last pod that is stuck. It's difficult to get out and sometimes messy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Steer clear

It started leaking at about 8 months ! I should have seeked help then… now about 2 years in it makes a puddle of water at the base whenever I brew coffee! My Keurig lasted 5 years and was still working before I decided to “upgrade” terrible decision, steer clear ‘ warranty is only 1 year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lovely machine

I bought this machine almost a year ago and it started blinking red 4 months into me having it. It doesn’t work anymore. I always take care of my machines and never had an issue with other models.
