Consistently a great cup of Coffee

I got this for anniversary gift. I had used Keurig for years 3 different machines. I started searching for better coffee. A friend had told me about Breville Barista Touch , but I couldn't justify paying that much and really it seemed complicated for the perfect cup of coffee. So I ordered the Nespresso Vertuo Plus Deluxe. I LOVE IT!!! the coffee is wonderful. The machine is basic, simple. I can't believe how good the coffee is. I highly recommend Nespresso. I order my coffee from them and it ships fast. I have tried a lot of different coffee and expresso havent had one I didn't like.

Descaling

I love my machine and the coffee that comes out, however, every time I go to descale it per instructions, I have to call because the light on top is still green and orange.
