AMAZING

Only complaint is how loud it is but it’s very tolerable. Size is compact. Beautiful design. not too hot temperature and smooth mouthfeel every single time

Not worth hype

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nespresso was easy to set up, but it's hard to close. I haven't figured out how to tell what size cup it needs. It's pretty cool how it ejects the pod. I will have to remember to empty the empties. I will try a different flavor to see if it changes my opinion. The pods are super expensive compared to other coffee types.

This machine's technology ensures a balanced cup of excellence every time.
Cleaning the machine is super simple. After brewing, the used capsules are automatically ejected into the container, which holds multiple pods before needing to be emptied. The drip tray is also adjustable and removable making spills a breeze to clean up.
This machine has a descaling alert that lets me know it's time for a deep cleaning.
The quality of this machine is quite impressive. It has a modern and simple design that looks stylish on my kitchen counter. It feels sturdy and well made.
This machine is high quality, and all the components fit together seamlessly. I highly recommend this machine.

A great cup of coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nespresso coffee is some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. You have different flavors of pods to make a good cup of coffee. You can make regular cup of coffee or a craft of coffee to share. It’s very easy to clean and operate. I just love this machine and I love the coffee it makes. It’s sleek and fits perfectly in my space of mine. I have my husband hooked on it now. We have our favorite coffee pods. It’s just so perfect

Came dirty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to give this Nespresso a great score, however when it arrived it was super dirty inside and out, assuming from packaging. It was almost covered in a saw dust. I had to run several cycles to clean it as well as clean with a wet cloth.
However functionality wise, once I felt it was clean and safe, I was able to brew some AMAZING espresso. I do find it doesn’t brew super hot, which is fine by me since I’m using it iced. It’s slim which is great for small storage areas!

The machine is a nice side for my counter top and not too large like some other coffee makers systems or espresso machines. Heating process wasn’t too loud and created a nice warm coffee. Excited to try my favorite flavors and enjoy more.

Loud and complicated to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this machine to be unnecessarily complicated and difficult to use. It took two adults and multiple mobile apps to get the machine operational. Connecting the device to WiFi was time consuming and required several software updates before it could even be used. It’s very frustrating when you’re trying to make a cup of coffee and the machine needs an update even though you updated it the day before. At one point the machine was “sleeping” and wouldn’t wake up. The app told me to come back later.
The machine is also quite loud during operation. The locking and unlocking of the lid require some force and two hands. Overall the experience has felt more like a hassle than a convenience. I personally prefer a straight forward coffee maker where I can simply put in a pod and press start without navigating apps, WiFi connections or updates.
While this product may appeal to individuals who advanced features, app integration, and specialty coffee options, it may not be the best choice for those seeking simplicity and ease of use.
