[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my older Nespresso for a newer version. Nothing was wrong with the first one; my wife just liked the newer one better. I just retired after 40 years of Federal Law Enforcement, and I was never a coffee drinker… until my wife bought our first Nespresso machine. The choices of coffee are amazing. Every order, my wife orders a sleeve that she thinks that I would like, and every time she selects a winner. Golden Caramel, Rich Chocolate and Vanilla are truly legit flavors, you can’t go wrong.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as reliable as Keurig

It worked for a while and all of the sudden it stopped turning on. Just won't work and nothing happens, I am left with brand new pods that I can't use. I always run the clean cycle and do all the maintinance. They won't even let me send it back for it to be fixed, not as reliable as my keurig.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
