[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is the most simple thing ever to use, but makes the best coffee I’ve ever made at home! It’s so easy to recycle the pods too, which makes me feel like I’m doing better to help the planet!

Great coffee.. bad machine

I got this for christmas in 2020 and it worked fine for about 6 months but is very inconsistent with its performance. It doesn’t even turn on when plugged in half the time, it over brews for espresso pods and fills a whole cup or only spits out a few drops before shutting off. I love the taste of the coffee but the machines aren’t cheap so now I have to buy a brand new one to use the pods I still have. Today I tried plugging it in and in plugging it 4 times before it would come on and it made one cup fine and then would only spit out a few drops. Descaling didn’t help either so this machine is just shot. Love the coffee but wish the machines worked better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this machine
