[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit a couple weeks ago for my parents to enjoy delicious Espresso coffees in the mornings while visiting them for extended periods of time. Not only are we very satisfied but we have turned my parents on to Nespresso over their Keurig and French press. The automatic open and close function is much approved over the old manual system.

3-years Brewing

3-years of brewing and still spinning along. So far the only trouble ve had was a leak at the coffee outlet in the past month that I resolved by cleaning the spout module there. Breville model here.
I've enjoyed the unique approach to coffee, the espresso shots to make Lattes, the Iced Fortes on hot days, and even the Cold Brew is quite good... Once you add a bit of syrup at least.
The biggest complaint is the locking mechanism could be better. It takes a bit of force to push down and twist to lock for a good seal. A pull down bar version probably would have been a lot easier, and why the Vertuo Plus is tempting with its automated process for this.

First Nespresso machine and I’m never going back. Great design and takes up very little counter space. The machine makes it so easy to make a great cup of coffee in minutes. Extremely satisfied with my purchase.
