Please do better

I have a brand new vertuo next I have never been able to used that doesn't work😭. I purchased it a few years ago but didn't use it as my Nepresso Plus was still going strong. Now I'm out and have to decide on a new machine. Unfortunately it wont be nepresso. Please do better

Not the quality I expected

I was a happy owner of the original Virtuo machine ....it worked great and lasted a long time. When it was time to replace it, I thought this would be an upgrade. Loved the sleek look and the idea of less width taken on the counter. This machine is horrible, Loud, awkward components, even leaks at the drip tray. The coffee still tastes great but after a short stay with me, I am donating it and will return to the original. Guess you don't fix what isn't broken. I wouldn't purchase this again, even at the sale price.

Breaks After A Year - I agree with everyone else.

I saw that this machine was on sale, and I considered buying my second one - until I realized that the last machine I had broke due to NO fault of my own. I thought I over used it - making two to three coffees per day. Apparently my experience - where my machine lasted less than a year - was shared by many people. Guess I'll not buy another one, even at a reduced price, if it's doomed to die in a year, which is what I experienced last time.

Worst Coffee maker I’ve ever owed.

The worst coffee machine I've ever owned. The machine didn't work and parts just broke off. Customer service was absolutely incompetent. I threw the machine in the trash after half a year.

Don’t bother with this machine. Im about to be on my 3rd machine in 4 years and I only reordered because I have a lot of $ in coffee pods I need to use. But once this one breaks probably in 1-2 years I will not be getting another. The company needs to have a longer warranty on these crap machines. You can tell by all the reviews here they don’t last. Customer service is a joke.

Love the coffee and ease, not durable

Love easy to use, tasty coffee but ive bought 3 one for home and two for my office, two office machines broke and my home machine seems to glitch sometimes.
All this within a year and a half.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very inconvenient, leaks, grinds in coffee

Leaks & too much grinds in each cup even though I clean / descaling frequently. It is so NOT intuitive with one button on top, I have to guess what LED color means and blinking means.
