Love the Nespresso

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My keurig broke/malfunctioned so I was going to buy the same model but it was discontinued. However I started to look at nespresso machines and I said let me switch it up. The flavor of the coffee is way better than keurig and now I can never go back

Leaks

Leaks coffee. Buying a new one to replace the leaking one since I have so much invested in coffee. Makes a good cup of coffee.

Wonderful machine - Terrible decaf choices

Love this machine so much I have purchased 3 of them: one for myself, one for my guest house, and one as a gift for a friend. It is easy to use and makes delicious coffee at the perfect temperature. Unfortunately since getting chronic migraines I can only have decaf, so I am missing out on a lot. I am very disappointed at the lack of choices in decaf, as there is only one in the regular size, which seems ridiculous considering the amount of regular coffee available. Would love to see many more decaf options, especially some fun, flavored ones, which I greatly miss. I have been using another machine more lately just to get variety in decafs. Please consider doing more for those of us who need decaf.

The Best Coffee and So Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my home because I have the Vertuo Next at work and wanted to see the difference between the two firsthand. The Vertuo Plus by far is much easier to setup and start using. I like that the water container can be swiveled to either side to maximize space and it also seems to hold more water than the Next. The coffee is superb on both machines. If you are deciding between the Plus and the Next, I recommend the Plus.

Worst machine ever

This machine is terrible. We have had Nespresso machines for years, and this is by far the worst. Constant problems... hours on the phone with customer support. Trying to get it replaced for our old model.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first.
