Lemon of a machine

Only 1 year and garbage sent in 2 times 1st leaking tank 2nd they wouldn't tell me machine wouldn't open now leaks from under front of machine 65 to fix if possible 0r 35 percent off new one ridiculous oh and not off any machine only certain ones tossing in garbage where it belongs

Nice Machine, Poor Decaf Options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the Vertuo Plus. Brews as described and is fun to use. My complaint is coffee related. The decaffeinated coffee options are few in number and all intense. Nespresso should broaden their decaf selections to include milder roasts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Choose a different model!

Bought this model a few years ago. When it died about 4 months later they sent a new one under our warranty. Then the new one died about 11 months later. They were still willing to honor the warranty on that one. The person who helped us subtley suggested we get another model and they'd give it to us for the same price even though it was more expensive. So now we've had the upgraded model for well over a year and it is still going strong. I can't believe they are still selling this horrible model. It looks great and had good features. They just need to put different insides into the nice outside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a long lasting machine.

I have owned this for a year and a half. At first it was excellent. We clean it and descale it regularly. Now it really struggles to brew, most of the time blinks orange and will not engage the water. The top also gets extremely hot when it will not brew. We have wasted several pods! I give this 2 stars. A well maintained machine should last longer than a year and a half.

Beware of this Lemon Model 🍋

I have had 3 machines in less than 2 years. Luckily they were under warranty but this is a terrible product. Very surprising they keep selling this machine.

Breaks down too oftern

This machine is so inconsistent - it runs well for a while, and then just stops. Very nice looking piece of equipment, but has caused me so much frustation due to its constant hickups.

Not Good when machine stops working there’s nothin

I bought this machine one year ago for our trailer. It lasted one year. I tried descaling it does not work anymore.

Terrible machine

Didn’t even work for one year. Called support numerous times and it works after going through troubleshooting for a few days and back to square one. Don’t buy this awful model. Have no complaints about coffee though!

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew.
