Terrible machine

Didn’t even work for one year. Called support numerous times and it works after going through troubleshooting for a few days and back to square one. Don’t buy this awful model. Have no complaints about coffee though!

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. I wish this machine wasn't so faulty

I originally bought this machine because I love carafe style coffee. My machine kept breaking. I had it replaced twice. Eventually the next one broke & it was replaced by a factory repaired model that also broke. Eventually I was given the option to get a different model that can't make carafes. I enjoy my Nespresso but based on the reviews this problem is still going on. I wish they'd launch a new model that can make carafes but doesn't have issues of breaking.

Stay Away!

I’ve owned 3 Vertuo Next machines and ALL 3 have broken after meticulous care and frequent maintenance. A simple Google search about this machine shows that there is ongoing problems with the system and Nespresso refuses to admit fault in the design of this machine. Purchase another machine or shop with another provider as this one is a ticking time bomb.

Worst One

This is the worst model! The only reason why I like it is because I can Make an X-Large coffee. I’m on my second Machine which is a replacement to the first one and after a year of having the replacement, I’m having the same issues I had with the first. It’s beyond frustrating. It leaks out the back and underneath. And water fills up in the pod reservoir. I swear it’s bipolar, sometimes it will make me a coffee and sometimes it won’t and I usually on my 4am wake up days…..

No hot coffee from this machine

I bought this about two years ago and it just stopped working. I really didn’t end up using it much as the coffee was never really hot. Just luke warm. I don’t like it at all

Not the model for me

Got this for a wedding gift and the first year it was perfect but then the red light started blinking and no amount of cleaning would fix it. Seems like it’s a common issue with this model.

Consistently great coffee

The coffee a brew with the machine is constantly some of the best I’ve ever had. I mostly use double espresso pods, and also have a Breville espresso maker. The coffee from this machine is more consistent even if it’s a little more expensive for coffee made at home, but it’s just as good or better than going to a coffee chain and costs a fraction that amount.
I would recommend this to a friend!

great coffee, if it works. Repeated problems with this machine starting to brew then flashing error codes After three calls to support, two video calls and a lot of wasted time. The machine is just poor quality. Hard to clean and unreliable. Would NOTreccomend.
