I rated 2 stars yesterday. made a cup of coffee in it red lights blinking again. NO STARS is better fitting rating for this machine. Into the garbage it goes.

I don't like the cord.

I just opened my navy blue VertuoPlus. I've only ran the cleaning cycle and haven't used it for my first cup of coffee yet. This comment is solely based on the frustration of the cord. It's nice that you can move the water tank from side to side, but it's as if the designers didn't account for the cord; the cord is always in the way no matter where the water tank is positioned. Otherwise, the machine looks great, and I'm sure I'll be happy with the coffee. I had my last machine for 7.5 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor quality

Very short lived. Consistent problems multiple times a month if not weekly. Descaled it, cleaned it, reset it and nothing worked. Very disappointed in this product and do not suggest purchasing.

Poor quality, short lifespan

Great tasting coffee when it works...but it usually doesn't work. Typical experience with this machine is to insert a pod, have it spit out a tiny amount of coffee and then just stop working while blinking red. Unplug and replug, try again, rinse repeat and maybe, just maybe, get a cup of coffee after wasting a few pods. I tossed mine in the trash. I would not recommend these machines to anyone as my experience seems typical. Search online and you see my story repeated by many.

Good and bad

Received the Vertuo Next as a Christmas gift. Having been a Keurig user for many years both at home and work, it was a big change for me. It works well and makes good coffee, but I wish that it had a larger side mount water tank. The pods are much more expensive than those for the Keurig. I do however like the used pod bin and the free recycling bags. Always recycled the Keurig pods but had to pay to do so.

Very loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago. I had a the same keurig for 15 years. Not once did I hand more than maybe a sore of coffee. I have coffee grinds in every cup now, it’s also very loud, and the pod/cups are quite pricey.

So disappointed

After being a long time nespresso user (original machines over 20 years) I bought a vertuo machine a month ago. We wanted the option to have a regular cup of coffee once in a while. Well, the coffee flavor is so disappointing. It’s watery. Even the espresso pods are disappointing. It’s so bad I don’t even feel like I can give it away. It’s going in the garbage! Fortunately, I kept my original machine in the garage. I will go back to ordering original pods for my daily cappuccino.

It will break and coffee will leak out the back!

I had one leak out the back in the first year and it was replaced. Bought a second one thought it was great they fixed it. After a year second one same thing. Coffee is great but machine is a lemon.
