Didnt work right of the box

I had to attempt to prime it 3 times before the 4 attempt worked to prime new machine. I was told to fill water tank with hot water for thw priming. Only about a half cup actually ran through so Im not aure this machine is functioning properly. So far has made 5 good cups of java. This machine is LOUD! OMG it is so loud!!! This was a free replacement and surprisingly I was given a 2 year warranty on this replacement!! My first machine stopped working at 1 year and 11 months and was under 2 year warranty. I am a USA customer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Things I love about my Nespresso: Smaller.
Heats up quickly.
Crema
The coffee is STRONG(I recommend writing down the coffees as you try them to see which ones you like)
Relatively quiet.
Dislikes:Nothing!

A bit disappointed, expected more…

I like my machine, I appreciate a good cup of Nespresso coffee or too but the machine has its imperfections. Many times the capsule ejects and piles up in the chamber instead of falling into the bin. Now I have been without coffee for 3 days because the machine won’t brew. At first I was adding too much water to each brew, now it just has given up. Won’t even factory reset. For such a pricey machine I expect better functionality after less than 6 months. However, the customer service is amazing! I should be getting a replacement soon. Hopefully no issues.

I have mine since 2019. It had a problem but they fixed super fast and free. I love my nespresso coffee! It was a great investment.

A letdown compared to original

We have a pixie original machine, which I adore. Purchased this for a pied-a-terre we maintain in another city thinking that it would be convenient to have the "full cup option." Unfortunately, I find the full cup options (both Nespresso and Starbucks) to be almost undrinkable, thin and metallic. The smaller espresso options are not awful, but don't have the same richness of the oringinals, especially disappointing given that the cartridges are significantly more expensive. If we need another machine will definitely go back to the original version.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is a great machine

I should have gone with the original line, as I am purely an espresso drinker. Since there is no control over cup size, you are limited to your pod sizes. If this is the way it must be, and there are no other coffee competitors available to buy from, can you please make the coffee flavors in every size? I really liked my welcome gift. The espresso does taste nice, even though it is not authentic creama. I am staying these things in my review to help people make a decision. The best of the best is not always the right fit for you.
