good coffee, poorly made

This is not a great product. While it makes fantastic coffee, it is very poorly engineered. It very often does not work properly.
The main issue is that it will suddenly not brew on a given morning.
I have no problem following the descaling instructions but why, why, why not just have a descaling button?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options available via our Assistance Service Program, even when your machine is out of warranty. This machine makes a delicious cup of coffee for anyone to enjoy. It froths up the coffee making it extra fancy, and it only takes a couple minutes from off to on! Easy to take care of too

Overall, I love my Nespresso Vertuo machine. My first one broke within a year but I was sent a replacement. The cleaning process is easy and the machine is not loud. I think they could add more features.

Excellent product and costumer service

Honestly the best coffee machine I've ever had. I don't understand why people keep saying their broke unless they didn't knoe hoe to work it or didn't clean it? We have had ours for 3 years and everything has been great. Only problem was the milk frother we got with it but the company was so great about getting us a new one when it broke. I don't understand why people would complain about the product when the company is great to their customers. Best coffee!

I’ve been using the Nespresso Vertuo Next for a while now, and it’s been great. It’s super easy to use—just one button, and you’re good to go. Easy to customize the coffee size. The coffee comes out really smooth with this nice layer of crema on top, which makes it feel like something you’d get from a café. It’s also pretty compact

It’s a great purchase

I LOVE this machine. It’s easy to set up, and get started. I find that it’s a perfect option for high-end coffee without the price of going to grab a latte everyday. It’s a bit loud when brewing, but nothing that would wake up anyone in the house. I haven’t had to customize any features on this machine because it works so well as is.

Got this machine a little over a year ago and still works like it did on day one! Favorite coffee machine I’ve ever had! Love this product so much I bought the same one for my friend!! 100% Recommend!!!

Happiness in decline until replacement of machine

It held on valiantly for around 4 years, but has been extremely tough to open all of this year, lessening the amount of use much of this year because of frustration and difficulty. I have been in touch with the repair people and did an extensive cleaning on the areas of the machine described by the tech, but it has returned to incredibly difficult to open after just 2-3 more months. I do love the product and the coffee/espresso pods are unmatched by similar products.
I would recommend this to a friend!
