This is a great cooktop that performs very well. We did go with the ductless option which performs better than expected but not perfect. The filters are also slightly difficult to find and expensive. But that's the price we paid to have a "clean" look in the kitchen. Recommended.

We bought this KitchenAid cooktop to replace one that didn't have the downdraft feature. I'm thrilled with how this one looks and performs. The downdraft is powerful, and the elements heat quickly and cook evenly. As compared to the previous cooktop, the KitchenAid glass top seems to clean up more easily and the markings around the knobs are easier to read. Very pleased with this purchase!

Bought this electrical cooktop with downdraft about a month ago. It's got 5 burners. So far it's has been working great. The only thing is we haven't figured out a good way to clean it and make it spotless. It shows grease easily. Have tried several products designed to clean the ceramic glass cooktop but not satisfied with any yet. Still looking for a good cleaning product.

Overall, it works as advertised. We are happy with it, the burners have plenty of heat, and the downdraft works pretty well. But there is one thing about it you should know....The labels on the control knobs are hard to read. Take a good look before commit.
