[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cooktop couple weeks ago is was just delivered last week, would've gave it 5 stars but fan washers are missing from the box I will need washer to complete after the ductless filter box arrives

Heats quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was one of two possible replacements that would fit my opening. I am pleased with it though it takes getting used to. It heats very hot very fast. High is only for boiling water. I like how easy it is to clean.

Overall Good - But Cosmetic One Issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed yesterday. Looks nice in the newly updated kitchen. Installation was pretty straight forward. My only complaint with this product is the fact that it doesn't sit flush on the counter top (small gap). Thus, they provide you with a piece of "thick black padding" to stick to the outer bottom of the appliance. This is supposed to seal that gap, and provide a small separation between the appliance and counter tops so no scratching occurs (I suppose). But it doesn't quite lay right, and the padding sticks out in certain areas.
It doesn't look "bad", but is certainly not what I would consider a "premium finish" look. For the money this set costs I would have imagined either an appliance that sits flush with the counter tops, or a slightly better solution that think black padding that is fairly fragile and doesn't quite sit right...oh well.
Cannot comment on the performance of the unit, we have not used yet!

Instant Heat/easy to install
