Prone to scratching

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my new cooked up for about a month now. I don’t cook a lot. So only had to clean it a few times. I don’t use anything abrasive(spray cleaner and paper towels) but I already noticed a few deep scratches. Otherwise, he’s up pretty quickly maintains it at set temperatures, downdraft does what it’s supposed to

not happy with this product

I bought this unit about a month ago and just had it hooked up. I put a put of water on it to boil and the top of the cooktop got all scratched up. This is the first time i uses it and i used a flat bottom pot with no ridges to make sure it didnt scratch it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
