Washer leaks.

Washer leaks every 8-10 loads. We have not been able to determine where the leak is coming from, (it's not the hoses or connections). I will never buy another LG product again. I bought a French Door Refrigerator at the same time and the ice maker quit working after 3 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect Size

We purchased this washer because we had limited space. It's perfect! Not only is it a perfect compact size, the features are amazing.

Quiet, efficient machine

Our old washing machine died, and we had to get a replacement quickly.
This unit was well reviewed, and not oversized for our family of 3! The local agent delivered on time, took away the old machine and offered a free hook up service, they were on time quick and efficient.
The machine?
It does seem to take a couple of small quantities of water on start up, then fills, but the build quality looks very good, the wash quality is excellent, though it does take a bit longer than our old machine.
It is also stable and quiet - I've not had to put it back into it's place once!
I like the easy pump clean and sanitizing cycles - it was always a challenge to keep the old machine from getting smelly!
I'd recommend this washing machine. After we bought one I found that my sister has the same machine in the UK, and is equally pleased with it.

Although I have only used this machine a few times I am happy with the results.It does what I hoped it would...clean my clothes.It uses very little water(10 gallons)spins the clothes so fast that the drying time is greatly reduced.The size is just right for my needs.The only thing I can find to complain about is that the tune that plays when the machine is turned on and at the end of the cycle is off pitch,my other lg washer is in tune! I was considering buying a Miele but for the difference in price the LG is a better buy.

I LOVE my HE washer from LG. Actually, I have a matching dryer, and I love both of them. Trust me, the front loading washers are so much better than the top-loading ones, like the one I previously had. It runs quietly, and I've never had any problems with it. It has great features, but it is not overwhelming or complicated to use. It's user-friendly design allows for quick start. Anyway, the only negative I have is that I stacked my W/D to save space, and the washer vibrates a tad bit when it is spinning. It also "wobbles" inside, but I think that's what it's supposed to do. LOVE IT!
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Quality

Good looking set have washer and dryer, cost was high but needed to have built in size. The cycles are a bit long

Excellent washer!

I bought this great laundry machine over a month ago. It's perfectly sized for apartment living and very quiet while in use. Although compact in size, it can both fit and well launder a good amount of items per cycle. My only issue is that the wash cycles- even the quick wash option, tend to take more time than I'm accustomed to. That said, this washer replaced a small top loading machine I had for several years whose laundry cycles took less time because of the increased agitation created by the washer drum. Overall, great machine. Highly recommend it.
