Second one in three years; great oven!

We moved. Wife just had to have again in no uncertain terms. We replaced a GE microwave with trim kit with this unit. Only had to enlarge opening by 3/4" in height with jig saw. Did myself. Wife just thrilled and now her friend is buying one. This double oven is truly versatile and a must in any kitchen. GE got it right!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It seems like a good microwave / oven - waiting to see how it works overall. We had a model like this and upgraded to this model to keep the same style in the house.

Large microwave/convection fits 2 9/13 pans

Since this is a large microwave it will be very usable as a convection oven too! I can fit 2 9x13 pans in it!

Everything I expected an more! Fits perfectly, and was easy to install. I only gave it a 4 because since we started using it, we periodically get an F8 error message that the sensor is overheating when using the convection oven at 450 degrees. But I’m able to complete cooking. I’ve read the manual several times, so am unsure what we are doing wrong. At this stage, we are unsure if this is an inherent problem, or if we need to adjust the cookware we use

Fault codes are programmed in all microwave oven controls. These codes help our technicians quickly diagnose issues with the microwave oven. In the event that the electronic control displays a fault code, a trained Service Technician should be called to diagnose and correct the issue. You can schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-432-2737, Mon-Fri 7 am – 10 pm ET, Sat-Sun 8 am – 6 pm ET.

Having issues with Microwave function

We have had our PWB7030 for 3 months and all of sudden the clock disappears and won't let me reset clock again. When I press clock button, turn dial button comes up and that is it. Turn dial and nothing happens. Then when I press microwave function, oven function comes up. Can't unplug to reset since it is in a shelf in kitchen. Love the microwave/oven but need to learn how to fix this.

After 30 seconds of inactivity, the clock will disappear. in order to reset a built in appliance such as this, we recommend turning off the breaker for a few minutes. We hope this helps. Please keep in touch. - John@GEA
